The ManagementBoard of CI Games S.A. with a registered office in Warsaw ("theCompany") hereby informs that on 4thJanuary 2022 _#160;theSupervisory Board of the Company appointed, with effect taking on 24thof January 2022, Mr Ido Hochman for the current joint tenure of theManagement Board and entrusted him with the function of Management BoardMember, Chief Financial Officer.

Below, the Companypresents the information on the newly appointed Member of the ManagementBoard:_#160;

Ido Hochman wasthe Director of Corporate Finance at Miniclip, a portfolio company ofTencent, and a global, top-25, developer and publisher of mobile games.During his time at Miniclip, Ido Hochman and his team were responsiblefor Miniclip's strategic finance activities. Prior to his time atMiniclip Ido Hochman was an Assistant Director in Rothschild'sTechnology, Media and Telecommunications team where he completed M_amp;A andcapital-raising transactions across the different_#160;sectors._#160;Ido Hochmanholds an MBA from the London Business School and BS in Computer SystemsEngineering (Magna Cum Laude) from Boston University.

According to thedeclaration made by Mr Ido Hochman, he is not involved in thecompetitive activity against the Company, does not participate in acompetitive company as a partner in a civil partnership, partnership oras a member of a competitive capital company or a member of anycompetitive legal entity, and does not have an entry in the Register ofInsolvent Debtors kept pursuant to the provisions of the Act of 20August 1997 on the National Court Register.

Ido Hochman willbecome Management Board Member, Chief Financial Officer, and KatarzynaSermanowicz-Giza will remain the Finance Director and will reportdirectly to Ido Hochman.
