Consolidated quarterly reports:-Consolidated quarterly report for Q1 2022 - 19 May 2022,-Consolidated quarterly report for Q3 2022 - 9 November 2022;3.Consolidated report for H1 2022 - 11 August 2022;Inaccordance with § 79 section 2 of the Regulation of the Minister ofFinance of 29 March 2018 on current and periodic information provided byissuers of securities and on conditions under which information requiredby legal regulations of a third country may be recognized as equivalent("Regulation"), the Company will not publish a consolidated quarterlyreport for Q4 2021 and Q2 2022.The Company further announcesthat in accordance with § 62 sections 1 and 3 the aforementionedRegulation, consolidated quarterly and semiannual reports will includeabridged versions of quarterly separate financial information andsemiannual separate financial report. Accordingly, the Company will notpublish separate quarterly reports or a separate semiannual report.Legalbasis: § 80.1 of the of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29March 2018 on current and periodic information provided by issuers ofsecurities and on conditions under which information required by legalregulations of a third country may be recognized as equivalent.
