Title: Dates of publication of the periodic reports in 2022

Legal basis: Article 56(1)(2)(a) of the Act on Public Offering - Currentand Periodic Information

The Management Board of XTPL S.A. (the "Issuer") hereby announces thatin 2022 the Issuer's financial reports will be published on thefollowing dates:

- annual consolidated and standalone report for 2021 - on 26 April 2022;-consolidated report for Q1 2022 - on 18 May 2022;-consolidated half-yearly report for H1 2022 - on 21 September 2022;-consolidated report for Q3 2022 - on 22 November 2022.

At the same time, the Issuer's Management Board advises that the Issuerwill not publish quarterly reports or consolidated quarterly reports forQ4 2021 and Q2 2022.

Moreover, the Issuer's Management Board advises that the consolidatedquarterly and half-yearly reports will contain quarterly andhalf-yearly, respectively, condensed standalone financial statements.
