The Management Board of ManyDev Studio SE with itsregistered office in Warsaw (hereinafter: _quot;the Company_quot;, _quot;the Issuer_quot;)hereby announces the dates of publication of periodic reports in theyear 2022.The Issuer will publish annualreport for 2021 on 29.04.2022 (Friday).Quarterlyreports will be published by the Company in 2022 on the following dates:Aseparate report for Q1 2022 on 27.05.2022 (Friday).

A separate report for Q3 of 2022 on 29.11.2022(Tuesday).

The semi-annual report for the first half of 2022will be published by the Company on 29.09.2022. (Thursday).

The Issuer announces that, pursuant to § 79.2 of theRegulation of the Minister of Finance on current and periodicinformation, it will not publish a quarterly report for Q4 2021 and Q22022.

At the same time, the Company's Management Boardinforms that any changes to the dates of publication of periodic reportswill be communicated in the form of a current report.
