Huuuge,Inc. (the "Issuer"), hereby announces the dates of publication ofperiodic reports in the financial year 2022:_#160;

Theannual report and consolidated annual report for the year 2021 -22.03.2022

Theconsolidated quarterly report for the first quarter of 2022 - 24.05.2022_#160;

Theconsolidated half-year report for the first half of 2022 - 7.09.2022

Theconsolidated quarterly report for the third quarter of 2022 - 22.11.2022_#160;

Atthe same time, the Issuer announces that in accordance with §79.2 of theRegulation of the Minister of Finance dated March 29, 2018, on currentand periodic information provided by issuers of securities andconditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by thelaws of a non-member state (the "Regulation"), the Company will notpublish quarterly reports for the fourth quarter of 2021 and for thesecond quarter of 2022.

Inaccordance with §62.1 and §62.3 of the Regulation, the Issuer informsthat the consolidated quarterly and semi-annual reports will includequarterly and semi-annual condensed standalone financial statements,respectively. Thus, the Issuer will not publish separate standalonequarterly reports and a separate standalone semi-annual report._#160;
