The Management Board of CI Games S.A. with aregistered office in Warsaw ("the Company") hereby informsthat on 31stJanuary 2022 the Supervisory Board of theCompany adopted a resolution on the dismissal of the Management Boardmember Mr Ido Hochman from the Management Board of the Company. Theresolution came into effect on the date of its adoption._#160;Mr.Ido Hochman was a member of the Management Board from 24thJanuary 2022 to 31stJanuary 2022.

Detailed legal basis:§ 5 point 4 and § 9 of the regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29March 2018 on current and periodic information to be submitted byissuers of securities and on conditions for recognizing as equivalentinformation required by the laws of a non-Member State (Journal of Lawsof 2018, item 757).
