("Issuer", "Company") hereby reports that on March 1, 2022, it hasfiled a motion to the Warsaw Stock Exchange ("WSE") requesting removalof restrictions on the transferability of the Company's sharesapplicable to U.S. persons, resulting from Category 3 of Regulation S ofthe U.S. Securities Act of 1933 (U.S. Securities Act of 1933), asamended ("Restrictions on the Transferability of the Shares")

Filingof the motion is motivated by the fact that on February 19, 2022,Restrictions on the Transferability of the Shares lapsed, as a matter oflaw, 12 months after listing of the shares on the main market of the WSEon February 19, 2021._#160;

Removalof Restrictions on the Transferability of the shares by WSE shall, amongothers, allow all investors qualified as U.S. persons to acquire theCompany's shares.
