Subject:_#160;Appointmentof Vice President of the Management Board of CI Games S.A.TheManagement Board of CI Games S.A. with a registered office in Warsaw ("theCompany") hereby informs that on 1st_#160;March2022 _#160;the Supervisory Board of the Company appointed, with effect of_#160;1stMarch 2022, Mr David Broderick to the position of Vice President of theManagement Board / Chief Financial Officer.Below,the Company presents the information on the newly appointed VicePresident of the Management Board:DavidBroderick is an experienced CFO, with more than two decades ofstrategic, technical finance and operational leadership.David,has a wealth of finance, change management and M_amp;A experience, havingheld the role of Group Chief Financial Officer at AIM listed KeywordsStudios Plc for over 3 years until the end of 2019. Whilst at KeywordsStudios Plc, he oversaw significant growth and profitability through amix of high organic growth and acquisitions.Priorto Keywords, he was CFO at high growth software and aviation companies.He also worked for over eight years at Europe's largest low-costairline, Ryanair Holdings plc, where he served as Director of InvestorRelations. During this time he also oversaw the finance and operationsof the Group's sales division.Accordingto the declaration made by Mr David Broderick, he is not involved in thecompetitive activity against the Company, does not participate in acompetitive company as a partner in a civil partnership, partnership oras a member of a competitive capital company or a member of anycompetitive legal entity, and does not have an entry in the Register ofInsolvent Debtors kept pursuant to the provisions of the Act of 20August 1997 on the National Court Register.
