Appointment of a Member of the Management Board of KGHM Polska Miedź S.A.

The Management Board of KGHM Polska Miedź S.A. announces that on 14March 2022 the Supervisory Board of the Company adopted a resolution onthe appointment of Marek Świder as of 15 March 2022 to the ManagementBoard of KGHM Polska Miedź S.A. as a Member of the Management Board ofKGHM Polska Miedź S.A., granting him the function of Vice President ofthe Management Board (Production) of KGHM Polska Miedź S.A.

Information on the appointed Member of the Management Board of KGHMPolska Miedź S.A., as required by the Decree of the Minister of Financedated 29 March 2018 regarding current and periodic information publishedby issuers of securities and conditions for recognising as equivalentinformation required by the laws of a non-member state, the Company willprovide at a later date in the form of an individual current report.
