W związku z okolicznością poza naszą kontrolą, tj. wystąpieniem przypadków Covid-19 u kluczowych członków zespołu audytowego po stronie Deloitte Niemcy i zaistniałą w związku z tym koniecznością przesunięcia finalizacji procedur audytowych istotnego komponentu Grupy Ciech w Niemczech, jesteśmy zobowiązani, z uwagi na konieczność przestrzegania standardów badania sprawozdań finansowych, do przesunięcia terminu podpisania sprawozdań z badania skonsolidowanego sprawozdania finansowego Grupy Ciech oraz jednostkowego sprawozdania finansowego Ciech S.A. na dzień 29 marca 2022 roku.

Zgodnie z informacją, jaką przekazywaliśmy dziś i uzyskaliśmy z DTT Niemcy, nie przewidujemy korekt, które mogą wpłynąć na wnioski finalne z opinii w sprawozdaniach skonsolidowanych.

Jednocześnie chcemy poinformować, że DTT Niemcy pracuje nad finalizacją dokumentacji z badania w wybranych obszarach zakomunikowanych Państwu wczesniej.
