• Notification under Article 145 of the POSA by SLS Holding AD that on 6 April 2022 it changed its shareholding in the capital of Eurohold Bulgaria AD to 6.0935%.

SLS Holding AD has increased its shareholding in the company's capital to 6.0935%, representing 15,873,549 voting rights at the general meeting of shareholders.
