Subject: Delegating a Member of the Supervisory Board to temporarilyperform the duties of the President of Energa SA's the Management Board

The Management Board of Energa SA ("Company") informs on 21 April 2022the Company's Supervisory Board decided to delegate a Member of theSupervisory Board of the Company, Mr. Daniel Obajtek, to temporarilyperform the duties of the President of the Management Board of the 6thcurrent and 7th term of office (which will commence on the day followingthe day the General Meeting of Energa SA approving the Company'sfinancial statements for the financial year 2021) for the period from 21April 2022 to 21 July 2022.
Mr. Daniel Obajtek will perform the duties of the Company's ManagementBoard President without remuneration.
