The Management Board of CARLSON INVESTMENTS SE with its registered office in Warsaw (hereinafter the "Company", "Issuer"), in reference to the current report No. 25/2021 published on September 2, 2021, hereby informs that on April 22, 2020 it received information that the company subsidiary of the Issuer: Helvexia Pay Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością (hereinafter: "Helvexia Pay") was entered into the Register of Small Payment Institutions on April 21, 2022.

According to the Register kept by the Polish Financial Supervision Authority, the entry of Helvexia Pay is MIP141/2022.

Consequently, in accordance with Art. 117 g (1) of the Act on Payment Services Helvexia Pay sp. z o. o. it can carry out payment service activities as a small payment institution.
