The Boardof KSG Agro S.A. headquartered in Luxembourg ("the Issuer") herebyinforms that2022 sowing campaign for the sunflower and corn is about to be launched,all of the key materials (diesel, fertilizers, crop protectionmaterials) are in place for 100% of the campaign. Taskombank hadsupplied another UAH 60 mln (equivalent of USD 2 mln) to support theGroupForthe winter crops, planted in the autumn of 2021, all the requiredfertilizers had been applied, as well as crop protection materials, theplants are in a very good shape. Circa 8,500 hectares of sunflower andcorn shall be sown using the full spectrum of technologies usuallyapplied by the Group. The trigger for launch of the sowing campaignshall be the proper temperature required for those types of crops._#160;TheIssueris optimistically looking into the future: military actionshavemoved further away,withthe Ukrainianmilitary heroically fighting the aggression. Meanwhile, prices for allmajor crops continue to increase.
