With the ongoing russian invasion in Ukraine and covid resurgence inEurope affecting both the Issuer and the Issuer's Ukrainian andLuxembourg auditors, the publication of the Audited ConsolidatedFinancial Statements for the year ended 31 December 2021, initiallyscheduled for April of this year, had to be postponed until the end ofMay.

Meanwhile, the Issuer's Un-audited Consolidated Financial Statements forthe year 2021 will be published tomorrow, 30 April 2022.

The Board believes that the previously scheduled publication dates ofthe Issuer's Interim Financial Statements for three, six, and ninemonths of 2022 shall not be affected.
