Zarząd Incuvo S.A. z siedzibą w Katowicach ("Emitent") informuje, że w dniu 10 maja
2022 r. Emitent podpisał aneks do Umowy o współpracy z dnia 16 marca 2020 r. zawartej z Creepy Jar S.A.
Przedmiotem aneksu jest m.in. rozszerzenie współpracy pomiędzy Emitentem a Creepy Jar S.A. o przeportowanie, wydanie i dystrybucję przez Emitenta gry Green Hell VR na platformie Sony PlayStation VR. Premiera gry na platformie Sony PlayStation VR planowana jest do końca 2023 r.
