Purchaseof own shares under the buy-back program
Huuuge,Inc. ("Issuer"), announces that as part of the realization of the sharebuyback program (RB 4/2022 and RB 9/2022) the Issuer has purchased itsown shares (ISIN code: US44853H1086), as follows:
-on May 9th, 2022 - 89,519 shares of the total value of PLN1,684,327.67forthe average unit price of 18.82 PLN, constituting in total 0.11% sharein the share capital and representing 0.11% in of the total number ofshares entitled to vote at the stockholder's meeting,
-on May 10th, 2022 - 79,799 shares of the total value of PLN1,506,725.84_#160; for the average unit price of 18.88 PLN, constituting intotal 0.09% share in the share capital and representing 0.09% in thetotal number of shares entitled to vote at the stockholder's meeting,
-on May 11th, 2022 - 73,256 shares of the total value of_#160; PLN1,377,602.46, for the average unit price of 18.81 PLN, constituting intotal 0.09% share in the share capital and representing 0.09% in of thetotal number of shares entitled to vote at the stockholder's meeting, and
-on May 12th, 2022 - 72,124 shares of the total value of_#160; PLN1,298,371.84, for the average unit price of_#160; PLN 18.00, constituting intotal 0.09% share in the share capital and representing 0.09% in thetotal number of shares entitled to vote at the stockholder's meeting.
-on May 13th, 2022 - 67,159 shares of the total value of_#160; PLN1,183,566.60, for the average unit price of_#160; PLN 17.62, constituting intotal 0.08% share in the share capital and representing 0.08% in thetotal number of shares entitled to vote at the stockholder's meeting.
Thetransactions were executed through Ipopema Securities S.A.
Includingall transactions above, the Issuer holds 2,823,797 own shares,constituting 3.35% share in the share capital and representing 3.35% inthe total number of shares entitled to vote at the stockholder's meeting(including treasury shares acquired earlier).
Legalbasis: Article 2 Section 2 and 3 of Commission Delegated Regulation (EU)2016/1052 of 8 March 2016 supplementing Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 ofthe European Parliament and of the Council with regard to regulatorytechnical standards for the conditions applicable to buy-back programmesand stabilisation measures in accordance with Article 5 Section 3 of theMAR.
