The Management Board of Ciech S.A. (the "Issuer"or "Company") herewith informs about the change of the datefor publication of the consolidated report for the first quarter of2022, extended by the abbreviated separate statement, which, accordingto the information in Current Report No. 1/2022 of 26 January 2022, wasscheduled for 19 May 2022.

The new date for thepublication of the consolidated report for the first quarter of 2022,extended by the abbreviated separate statement has been scheduled for18 May 2022.
