At its meeting today, the Supervisory Board of CEZ, a. s., appointedOtakar Hora whose current term of office as a member and Chairman of theSupervisory Board will expire on 23 June 2022, as a substitute member ofthe Supervisory Board of CEZ, a. s., effective from 24 June 2022 untilthe next General Meeting (to be held on 28 June 2022). For the sameperiod, the Supervisory Board re-elected Otakar Hora as its Chairman.
