Purchase of own shares under the buy-back program
Huuuge, Inc. ("Issuer"), announces that as part of the realization ofthe share buyback program (RB 4/2022 and RB 9/2022) the Issuer haspurchased its own shares (ISIN code: US44853H1086), as follows:
- on May 16th, 2022 - 68,741 shares of the total value of PLN1,227,018.29 for the average unit price of 17.85 PLN, constituting intotal 0.08% share in the share capital and representing 0.08% in of thetotal number of shares entitled to vote at the stockholder's meeting,
- on May 17th, 2022 - 68,905 shares of the total value of PLN1,273,703.29 for the average unit price of 18.48 PLN, constituting intotal 0.08% share in the share capital and representing 0.08% in thetotal number of shares entitled to vote at the stockholder's meeting,
- on May 18th, 2022 - 54,065 shares of the total value of PLN990,839.50, for the average unit price of 18.33 PLN, constituting intotal 0.06% share in the share capital and representing 0.06% in of thetotal number of shares entitled to vote at the stockholder's meeting, and
- on May 19th, 2022 - 52,680 shares of the total value of PLN933,445.84, for the average unit price of PLN 17.72, constituting intotal 0.06% share in the share capital and representing 0.06% in thetotal number of shares entitled to vote at the stockholder's meeting.
- on May 20th, 2022 - 51,849 shares of the total value of PLN919,865.97, for the average unit price of PLN 17.74, constituting intotal 0.06% share in the share capital and representing 0.06% in thetotal number of shares entitled to vote at the stockholder's meeting.
The transactions were executed through Ipopema Securities S.A.
Including all transactions above, the Issuer holds 3,120,037 own shares,constituting 3.70% share in the share capital and representing 3.70% inthe total number of shares entitled to vote at the stockholder's meeting(including treasury shares acquired earlier).
Legal basis: Article 2 Section 2 and 3 of Commission DelegatedRegulation (EU) 2016/1052 of 8 March 2016 supplementing Regulation (EU)No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council with regard toregulatory technical standards for the conditions applicable to buy-backprogrammes and stabilisation measures in accordance with Article 5Section 3 of the MAR.
