Company's statement regarding the false information regarding theGenomtec ID product filing.The Management Board of Genomtec S.A.with its registered office in Wrocław (_quot;the Issuer_quot;, _quot;the Company_quot;), inview of the information appearing on the Internet sources concerning theCompany's alleged failure to meet the deadline for filing an applicationregarding the registration of Genomtec ID product, informs that theinformation is not true and is not based on any information made publicby the Company.The procedure for filing a new medical device forin-vitro diagnostics with the Office for Registration of MedicinalProducts, Medical Devices and Biocidal Products requires the passage ofthe statutory deadline of 14 days. In accordance with the adoptedcommunication policy and applicable regulations, the Company will informabout further stages of the process.
