The Management Board of Cl Games S.A. with itsregistered office in Warsaw (the _quot;Company_quot;) hereby informsthat on 3rdJune 2022, the Supervisory Board of the Company,in connection with the end of the current term of office of theManagement Board, on the date of the Annual General Meeting of CI GamesS.A. approving the financial statements for the financial year 2021,adopted a resolution on the appointment of:1.Mr. Marek Tymiński for a new, five-year term of office, entrusting himwith the position of the President of the Management Board and2.Mr. David Broderick entrusting him with the functionof the Vice-President of the Management Board.

The BIO's of the appointed members of the Company'sManagement Board are available on the Company's website(https://www.cigames.com/en/investor-relations/management-and-supervisory-board/).Thenew, joint, five-year term of office of the Management Board will beginafter the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of the Companyapproving the Company's financial statements for 2021.

The Company informs that none of the members of theManagement Board conducts any activity competitive to the Company, isnot a partner in a competitive civil partnership or a partnership, or amember of a competitive capital company or a member of a body of anyother competitive legal entity, and has not been entered into theRegister of Insolvent Debtors kept on the basis of the Act on theNational Court Register.

Ms Monika Rumianek will remain in the position of HRDirector.
