a member of the Supervisory Board of MLP Group S.A., i.e. a person fulfilling managerial functions of the issuer as defined by the MAR Regulation, in connection with the acquisition of 600 shares of MLP Group S.A. in Pruszków on 8 June 2022, I submit a notification of a transaction pursuant to Article 19(1) of the MAR transakcji, zgodnie z art. 19 ust. 1 rozporządzenia Regulation.
