Updateof the Issuer'sdevelopment strategy

Themanagement board of Berg Holding S.A. with its registered office inKatowice (_quot;the Company_quot;, _quot;the Issuer_quot;), in relation to current ESPIreports No.15/2020 and No.30/2020 concerning the planned strategy of theCompany for the years 2020 - 2022, announces its decision to update thedevelopment strategy of the Issuer covering a new time framework.

Theexsiting key development directions constitute the basis for determiningnew strategicgoals.The company confirms, that the strategic assumptions with regards to thedirections of the development remain unchanged und the subsidiaries andassociated companies which are a part of the capital group will developin particular in the markets where they have achieved competitiveadvantage.

Theupdated development strategy of Berg Holding S.A. for the years 2022 -2024 assumes:

1._#160;_#160;1.preparationfor the debut of the Issuer on the main market of the Warsaw StockExchange,2. eleborationof a project to build a factory for the production of heat pumps inPoland; this preparation shall be elaborated together with NETSU S.A.,3.constructionof 5 - 15 photovoltaic farms,4. eleborationof a project to build a plant for recycling photovoltaic modules, heatpumps, energy storages and batteries,5. debutof the companies of Farma Fotowoltaiki and NETSU on the NewConnectmarket,6. expansionof business activities in the Renewable Energy (OZE) sector, whichshould include energy storage, biogas plants and windmills,7.transformationof_#160;the merlin.pl online shopinto a European marketplace,8. developmentof activity in the electromobility industry,9. launchingproperty development,10.strengtheningthe office andretailproperty segment,11. acquisitionoffurther4buildings,12.openingof a banquet hall at the Śląska Prohibicja (Silesian Prohibition)restaurant,13. expansionof the sales department ,which serves theentireBerg Holding Group,14. exportof NETSU heat pumps to foreign markets.
