Huuuge,Inc. (the Issuer) informs that on June 15th, 2022 Grzegorz Kania, theGroup's Chief Financial Officer and the Issuer reached a mutualagreement to end Grzegorz Kania's tenure with the Issuer, effective June15th, 2022. Concurrently, Mr. Kania's tenure as Issurer's Treasurer cameto an end.

Thefunction of the Chief Financial Officer will be temporarily performed byMarek Chwałek, Vice President Finance, and the formal authorities of theCFO will be assumed on an interim basis by the VP Finance and by theIssuer's co-CEOs, as appropriate._#160;

MarekChwałek has served as Vice President of Finance at Huuuge since 2015.Currently, he supervises part of the financial functions in the HuuugeGroup and is a member of the management board of the company's Polishbranch._#160;
