The Board of Directors of ManyDev Studio SE (the_quot;Company_quot;) informs that the current report No. 12/2022, made public onJune 3, 2022, which contains information on convening the OrdinaryGeneral Meeting along with the content of draft resolutions which are tobe the subject of the Ordinary General Meeting of the Company convenedfor June 30, 2022, did not include the contents of the documents to bediscussed at the General Meeting that are relevant to the resolutions tobe adopted.

Therefore, the Management Board of the Company herebysupplements the corrected report with the content of documents to bediscussed at the General Meeting, significant for the resolutions to beadopted, i.e:

- report of the Supervisory Board on its activitiesin 2021,

- report on remuneration of the members of theManagement Board and the Supervisory Board of the Company, covering thefinancial year 2021,

- remuneration policy.

Other information and documents covered by thecurrent report No. 12/2022 did not change.
