Proposal of a candidate to the Supervisory Board of the Company by ashareholder

The Management Board of KGHM Polska Miedź S.A. ("the Company") announcesthat on 20 June 2022 the Company received information from theshareholder Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny PZU "Złota Jesień", representedby Powszechne Towarzystwo Emerytalne PZU S.A., that Andrzej Kisielewiczwill be proposed as a candidate to the Supervisory Board of the Companyat the Ordinary General Meeting of KGHM Polska Miedź S.A. on 21 June2022.

The Company hereby provides attached the candidate's curriculum vitaeand announces that Andrzej Kisielewicz consented to be a candidate andsubmitted an appropriate declaration, which will be available on theCompany's website.

Legal basis: § 19 sec 1 point 2 of the Decree of the Minister of Financedated 29 March 2018 regarding current and periodic information publishedby issuers of securities and conditions for recognising as equivalentinformation required by the laws of a non-member state (Journal of Lawsof 2018, item 757).
