The Management Board of Energa SA ("Company") has received informationthat on 15 June 2022, the District Court Gdańsk North, the 7th EconomicDivision of the National Court Register registered amendments to theCompany's Articles of Association adopted by resolutions No. 23 and 24of the Ordinary General Meeting of the Company on 20 May 2022.
The amendments made to the Articles of Association in the resolutionsmentioned above were published in the Current Report No. 30/2022 of 20May 2022. The consolidated text of the Company's Articles of Associationincorporating the amendments forms an attachment to this report.
