Changes in the Supervisory Board of the Company

The Management Board of KGHM Polska Miedź S.A. ("the Company") herebyannounces that on 21 June 2022 the Ordinary General Meeting of KGHMPolska Miedź S.A. appointed as of 22 June 2022 for the new, 11th term,the following persons to the Supervisory Board of KGHM Polska Miedź S.A.:

? Robert Kaleta,

? Andrzej Kisielewicz,

? Katarzyna Krupa,

? Agnieszka Winnik- Kalemba,

? Wojciech Zarzycki

as well as the members elected by the employees of the KGHM Polska MiedźS.A. Group:

? Józef Czyczerski,

? Przemysław Darowski,

? Bogusław Szarek.

Information on the appointed Members of the Supervisory Board, asrequired by the Decree of the Minister of Finance dated 29 March 2018regarding current and periodic information published by issuers ofsecurities and conditions for recognising as equivalent informationrequired by the laws of a non-member state, will be provided by theCompany at a later date in the form of an individual regulatory filing.
