NOTIFICATION OF THE

Acting as a sole representative of Garage Italia Finance S.à r.l., with its registered office in Luxembourg (1, Côte d'Eich, 1450 Luxembourg, Grand Duchy of Luxembourg), entered into the Luxembourg Trade and Companies Register under the number B241683 (hereinafter: "Garage Italia Finance"), pursuant to art. 69 sec. 1 point 1 of the Act of 29 July 2005 on Public Offering, Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organized Trading, and Public Companies (hereinafter: the "Act"), I inform that Garage Italia Finance exceeded the threshold of 5% of the total number of votes in the company Gremi Media S.A., with its registered office in Warsaw (ul. Prosta 51, 00-838 Warsaw), entered into the National Court Register under KRS number: 0000660475 (hereinafter: the "Company").

1. The date and type of the event causing the change of share to which the notification relates:

The acquisition of 2,612 (813 + 986 + 813) shares of the Company by Garage Italia Finance on 15 June 2022 on the Warsaw Stock Exchange.

Działając jako uprawniony do jednoosobowej reprezentacji spółki Garage Italia Finance S.à r.l. z siedzibą w Luksemburgu (1, Côte d'Eich, 1450 Luksemburg, Wielkie Księstwo Luksemburga), wpisanej do luksemburskiego rejestru handlowego pod numerem B241683 (dalej jako: "Garage Italia Finance"), na podstawie art. 69 ust. 1 pkt 1 Ustawy z dnia 29 lipca 2005 roku o ofercie publicznej i warunkach wprowadzania instrumentów finansowych do zorganizowanego systemu obrotu oraz o spółkach publicznych (dalej jako: "Ustawa") zawiadamiam o przekroczeniu przez Garage Italia Finance progu 5% ogólnej liczby głosów w spółce Gremi Media S.A. z siedzibą w Warszawie (ul. Prosta 51, 00-838 Warszawa), wpisanej do Krajowego Rejestru Sądowego pod numerem KRS: 0000660475 (dalej jako: "Spółka").

1. Data i rodzaj zdarzenia, powodującego zmianę udziału, którego dotyczy zawiadomienie:

Nabycie przez Garage Italia Finance 2.612 (813 + 986 + 813) akcji Spółki w dniu 15 czerwca 2022 roku na Giełdzie Papierów Wartościowych w Warszawie.

2. Liczba akcji posiadanych przed zmianą udziału i ich procentowy udział w kapitale zakładowym share capital and the number of votes attached to these shares and their percentage share in the total number of votes:

114,874 series B shares, representing 6.45 % of the Company's share capital and 4.89 % of the total number of votes (as of 14 June 2022).

117,486 series B shares, representing 6.6 % of Company's share capital and 5.00004 % of the total number of votes.
