Acting as a sole representative of Youngtimers Asset Company AG, with its registered office in in Basel (Elisabethenstrasse 18, 4051 Basel, Switzerland), entered into the commercial register kept by the Commercial Register Office of the Canton Basel-Stadt under the number CHE-245-377.270 (hereinafter: "Youngtimers"), pursuant to art. 69a sec. 1 point 3 and art. 69 sec. 1 point 1 of the Act of 29 July 2005 on Public Offering, Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organized Trading, and Public Companies (hereinafter: the "Act"), I inform that Youngtimers' subsidiary - Garage Italia Finance S.à r.l., with its registered office in Luxembourg (1, Côte d'Eich, 1450 Luxembourg, Grand Duchy of Luxembourg), entered into the Luxembourg Trade and Companies Register under the number B241683 (hereinafter: "Garage Italia Finance") exceeded the threshold of 5% of the total number of votes in the company Gremi Media S.A., with its registered office in Warsaw (ul.
