the Management Board of Arctic Paper S.A. (the _quot;Company_quot;) hereby informsthat on 22nd of June 2022 the Company's Ordinary Shareholders Meetingadopted a resolution on the payment of dividend from the net profit of2021 and net profits from past years accumulated on the other reservesin the amount of PLN 27,715,113.20 (in words twenty seven million sevenhundred and fifteen thousand one hundred and thirteen zloty 20/100).Dividend per share will amount PLN 0,40 gross (in words: forty cents).

Ordinary Shareholders Meeting set a dividend day on 30th of June 2022and dividend payment date on 8th of July 2022.
