("the Warsaw Stock Exchange", "GPW", "theExchange" or "the Company") announces that the GPW Supervisory Boardacting pursuant to Article 368 § 4 of the Code of Commercial Companiesand Partnerships in conjunction with § 20.3 of the Company's Articles ofAssociation, decided at its meeting held on 22 June 2022 to appoint MrsIzabela Olszewska as Member of the Exchange Management Board,responsible for business and sales development.The CV of thenewly appointed Member of the Management Board is attached hereto.Accordingto the declaration submitted by the newly appointed Management BoardMember, she conduct no activity competitive to GPW, has no interest in acompetitive company as partner in a partnership or civil partnership oras member of a body of a capital company and has no interest in anyother competitive legal entity as member of its bodies. Furthermore, thenewly appointed Management Board Member has a clean record in the BadDebtor Registry maintained under the Act on the National Court Register.Legalbasis: § 5 (5) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of March 29,2018 regarding current and periodic information provided by issuers ofsecurities and conditions for recognizing as equivalent informationrequired by the laws of a non-member state.
