Current Report No. 15/2022Date: 23 June 2022Subject:Resolution of the GPW Ordinary General Meeting on dividend payment for2021Legal basis: Article 56.1(2) of the Act on Offering -current and periodic informationContent of the report:TheWarsaw Stock Exchange ("GPW", "Company") informs that on 23 June 2022the GPW Ordinary General Meeting ("OGM") took a resolution ondistribution of the Company's 2021 net profit. OGM resolved to allocatethe amount of PLN 115,003,280.00 (in words: one hundred fifteen millionthree thousand two hundred eighty zlotys). The dividend payout ratiowill be 71.3% of the consolidated profit (84.0% of the net profitattributable to the shareholders of the parent entity adjusted for theshare of profit of associates).The dividend per share is PLN2.74 (in words: two zlotys seventy four groszy). The number of sharescovered by the dividend is 41,972,000. Simultaneously, GPW OGM set thedividend record date for 25 July 2022 and the dividend payment date for5 August 2022.Legal basis: § 19.2 of the Regulation of theMinister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on current and periodic informationprovided by issuers of securities and on conditions under whichinformation required by legal regulations of a third country may berecognised as equivalent.
