• On 23 June 2022 – Initial purchase under a repurchase agreement with 524,600 shares at a price of BGN 1.500 per share and maturity under the contract – 23 December 2022 at a price of BGN 1.538 per share;

By IC EIG Re EAD:

• On 23 June 2022 – Initial purchase under a repurchase agreement with 327,300 shares at a price of BGN 1.500 per share and maturity under the contract – 23 December 2022 at a price of BGN 1.538 per share.
