Registration ofthe amendment to the Statutes of the Company

Legal basis: Article56 paragraph 1 point 2 of the Act on Public Offering - current andperiodic information

The Board of ManyDevStudio SE (hereinafter referred to as: _quot;Company_quot;) informs that today,i.e. June 27, 2022 the Issuer has received the information that on 24June 2022 the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw,XII Commercial Division of the National Court Register registered anamendment to the Company's Statutes, concerning a change in the amountof the Company's share capital resulting from the acquisition of sharesas part of a conditional share capital increase, of which the Companyinformed in current report No. 42/2021 dated 24 December 2021.

After the increase,the share capital of the Company amounts to EUR 420,000.00 and isdivided into 21,000,000 shares with a nominal value of EUR 0.02 each.

The total number ofvotes resulting from all the above-mentioned shares of the Companyamounts to 21 000 000.

At the same time, theCompany announces the amended articles of association:

§6 of the Company'sArticles of Association received a new wording as follows:

_quot;§6

1._#160;_#160;_#160;_#160;_#160;Theinitial capital of the Company amounts to EUR 420,000.00 (four hundredand twenty thousand).

2._#160;_#160;_#160;_#160;_#160;TheCompany's share capital is divided into 21,000,000 (twenty-one million)shares with a nominal value of EUR 0.02 (two euro cents) per share.

3._#160;_#160;_#160;_#160;_#160;_#160;Theshare capital shall be divided into:

- A2 series shares inthe number of 235,700 (two hundred thirty-five thousand seven hundred)bearer shares from number 000,001 to number 235,700, with a nominalvalue of EUR 0.02 (two euro cents) each share;

- B series shares inthe number of 40,000 (forty thousand) bearer shares from number 00.001to number 40,000, having the nominal value of EUR 0.02 (two euro cents)each share;

- C series shares inthe number of 107,000 (one hundred and seven thousand) bearer sharesfrom number 000.001 to number 107,000, having the nominal value of EUR0.02 (two euro cents) each share;

- D series shares inthe number of 200,000 (two hundred thousand) bearer shares from number000.001 to number 200,000, having the nominal value of EUR 0.02 (twoeuro cents) each share;

- E series shares inthe number of 600,000 (six hundred thousand) bearer shares from number000,001 to number 600,000, having the nominal value of EUR 0.02 (twoeuro cents) each share;

- F series shares inthe number of 5,076,300 (five million seventy-six thousand threehundred) bearer shares from number 0,000,001 to number 5,076,300, with anominal value of EUR 0.02 (two euro cents) each share,

- G series shares inthe number of 741,000 (seven hundred and forty-one thousand) bearershares from number 000,001 to number 741,000, having the nominal valueof EUR 0.02 (two euro cents) each share,

- H series shares inthe number of 14,000,000 (fourteen million) bearer shares from number00,000,001 to number 14,000,000, with a nominal value of EUR 0.02 (twoeuro cents) per share.
