By Starcom Holding AD:

• On 27 June 2022 Initial sale under a repurchase agreement with 900,000 shares at a price of BGN 1.504 per share and maturity under the contract – 19 December 2022 at a price of BGN 1.541 per share;
• On 28 June 2022 Initial sale under a repurchase agreement with 1,173,498 shares at a price of BGN 1.500 per share and maturity under the contract – 21 December 2022 at a price of BGN 1.565 per share.
