Resolutions adopted by the Annual General Meetingof the Company

Current Report No. 16/2022

The Management Board of ManyDev Studio SE (the_quot;Company_quot;) hereby announces the contents of the resolutions passed bythe Annual General Meeting of the Company (the _quot;AGM_quot;) held on 30 June2022.

The content of all resolutions voted on, togetherwith the results of the voting, is attached to this current report.

At the same time, the Company announces that:

1) all draft resolutions put to vote at the AGM wereadopted;

2) no objections were raised to the minutes of theAGM;

3) the contents of the documents that were subject tovoting were communicated to the public via the ESPI system on thefollowing dates:

(a) the financial statements for the 2021 financialyear and the management report on the Company's activities for the 2021financial year on 28 April 2022,

(b) the other documents voted on, on 3 June 2022 and17 June 2022.
