Subject:Executionof a memorandum of agreement with the trade unions regarding thedisbursement of a one-off bonus to JSW S.A. employees - adjustment

TheManagement Board of Jastrzębska Spółka Węglowa S.A. ("JSW", "Company")hereby reports that in current report no. 32/2022 published on 5 July2022 and pertaining to the execution of the memorandum of agreementbetween the JSW Management Board and the representative trade unionorganizations operating in the Company on the payment of a one-off cashto JSW S.A. employees the clause pertaining to the reporting period forcharging the Company's result has been adjusted.Instead of"Thecost of disbursing the one-off bonus, including the employer's costs,will not exceed PLN 480.0 million and will be charged to the Company'sresults in Q3 2022", the text should read "The cost of disbursing theone-off bonus, including the employer's costs, will not exceed PLN 480.0million and will be charged to the Company's results inQ22022".

The otherinformation conveyed in current report no. 32/2022 has not changed.
