Notification of reducing stake below 5% threshold of total voting rightsat the Company

The Management Board of Benefit Systems S.A. with its registered seat inWarsaw (hereinafter the _quot;Company_quot;) informs that on 12 July 2022 theCompany received from Invesco Europlus Fund with its registered seat inToronto (_quot;Invesco Europlus_quot;), a notification that Invesco Europlusreduced its stake below 5% of the total number of votes in the Company(_quot;Notification_quot;). Full text of the Notification is attached to thisreport.

The Notification indicates that Invesco Europlus holds 146,673 Companyshares, representing 4.9999% of the Company's share capital, and 146,673voting rights at its General Meeting, representing 4.9999% of totalvoting rights.

According to the Notification, the stake was reduced below 5% thresholdof total voting rights at the Company on 7 July 2022. Invesco Europlusinformed about holding 5.193% of the total number of votes in theCompany in the previous notification.

The Notification indicates also that the above mentioned change was atan individual fund level and there is no change in the reportableholding for Invesco Ltd. or Invesco Canada Limited.
