The Management Board of Energa SA ("Company") informs that on 19 July2022 the Company's Supervisory Board decided to delegate a Member of theSupervisory Board of the Company, Mr. Daniel Obajtek, to temporarilyperform the duties of the President of the Management Board of the 7thterm of office for the period from 22 July 2022 to 31 August 2022.
Mr. Daniel Obajtek will perform the duties of the Company's ManagementBoard President without remuneration.
