Signing of a letter of intent

The Board of Directors of CARLSON INVESTMENTS SE, based in Warsaw, Poland (the Company, the Issuer) announces that on August 4, 2022, a letter of intent was signed between the Issuer and Crispr Stem _ Therapeutics Ltd.( CST) regarding a potential investment.

CST is an Israeli startup that is developing a patented cardio-protective CRISPR-based stem cell protocol to restrict the damage to the heart following an acute heart attack and chronic heart failure. CST was founded by the world accredited expert Dr. Dalia El-Ani who, has more than 25 years of experience leading research projects in cardiovascular and neuronal science and received several awards.

The company's technology will use CRISPR to genetically modify the patient's own stem cells, which are then treated by Crispr Stem _ Therapeutics protocol and implanted in the patient with acute ischemic heart disease.

Crispr Stem _ Therapeutics received recognition from the Israeli Innovation Authority (Tnufa funding) and the European Commission with two Seals of Excellence.
