NOTIFICATION OF THE SEIZURE OF ENTERPRISE ASSETS

The Board of Directors of Agroton Public Limited announces that on May 21, representatives of the JSC Agrocomplex Firm named after N.I. Tkachev (Russian Federation) seized all assets in the Lugansk region belonging to Agroton Public Limited.

The management of Agroton Public Limited applied to law enforcement agencies with a request to provide a legal assessment and bring to justice those who took part in the seizure of the company's assets
