The Board of Directors of CARLSON INVESTMENTS SE, based in Warsaw, Poland (Carlson) announces the start of cooperation between Carlson and Monaco Foundry Global S.A., based in Monaco (MF).

MF is building a proprietary application to evaluate and support start-ups on their path to success. Owned and developed, the due diligence protocol aims to connect accredited startups and investors. Carlson will be the first publicly listed venture capital firm to use the evaluation platform for all new 1investments in addition to its current portfolio. Through the platform, Carlson will have the ability to continuously evaluate its prospective and portfolio companies to identify strengths and weaknesses in various areas, such as EQ (emotional intelligence), management, IP (intellectual property), and legal and financial documentation. Carlson also considers direct capital investment into Monaco Foundry in the future.
