The Management Board of KGHM Polska Miedź S.A. announces that today theCompany received a letter from Adam Bugajczuk announcing his resignationfrom the function of Vice President of the Management Board(Development) of KGHM Polska Miedź S.A., and thus from membership in theManagement Board of KGHM Polska Miedź S.A., as of 31 August 2022.
