The Management Board of KGHM Polska Miedź S.A. declares that according to its best judgement:

− the condensed consolidated financial statements of the KGHM Polska Miedź S.A. Group for the first half of 2022 and comparative data have been prepared in accordance with accounting principles currently in force, and give a true, fair and clear view of the financial position of the KGHM Polska Miedź S.A. Group and the profit or loss of the Group,

− the condensed financial statements of KGHM Polska Miedź S.A. for the first half of 2022 and comparative data have been prepared in accordance with accounting principles currently in force, and give a true, fair and clear view of the financial position of KGHM Polska Miedź S.A. and the profit or loss of KGHM Polska Miedź S.A.,

− the Management Board's report on the activities of the KGHM Polska Miedź S.A. Group in the first half of 2022 presents a true picture of the development and achievements, as well as the condition, of the KGHM Polska Miedź S.A. Group, including a description of the basic exposures and risks.
