The Management Board of Cl Games S.A. with itsregistered office in Warsaw (the "Company")_#160;hereby informs in compliancewith the obligation provided for in Art. 70 section 1 of the Act of 29th July_#160;2005 on Public Offering, Conditions Governing the Introductionof Financial Instruments to Organized_#160;Trading, and Public Companies (the"Act"), on the receipt of a notification by the Company today i.e._#160;on 22August 2022 from Active Ownership Fund SICAV-FIS SCS with its seat inLuxembourg ("AOF")_#160;pursuant to Art. 69 section 1 point 1), Art. 69section 2 point 1.a) and _#160;Art. 69a section 1 point 3) _#160;of the Act on theacquisition of_#160;9,147,021 shares of the Company entitling to9,147,021votes at the general meeting ofthe_#160;Company, which constitutes in round 5% of the total number of sharesand votes at the general meeting_#160;of the Company.

After the acquisition, AOF directly holds36,568,931shares of the Company entitling to36,568,931_#160;votesat the general meeting of the Company, which constitutes 19.99% of thetotal number of_#160;shares and votes at the general meeting of the Company.
