Notice of Dividend Amount • Aug 26, 2022

TheManagement Board of CIECH S.A. (the "Issuer" or the "Company") informsthat it has decided on the intention to pay an advance payment for thedividend for the year 2022 in accordance with Article 349 § 1 of theCode of Commercial Companies, which will be shown in the condensedseparate financial statements of CIECH S.A. for the period from January 1st,2022 to September 30th, 2022 audited by an independentauditor. The Management Board intention is for the advance payment forthe dividend for the year 2022 to amount to in total PLN 79.049.863,50(say: seventy-nine million forty-nine thousand eight hundred sixty-threezlotys fifty groszes), which means that the amount per share is PLN 1,50(say: one zloty fifty groszes). The amount of the advance payment to bepaid, the date according to which those entitled to the advance paymentwill be determined and the date of payment shall be indicated after andon the basis of the statements referred to in the previous sentence,audited by an independent auditor selected by the Company's SupervisoryBoard.
