The Management Board of theIssuer announces a change in the publication date of the consolidatedquarterly report for the three quarters of 2022, extended by theabbreviated separate statement, the publication of which, as announcedin current report No. 1/2022 of 26 January 2022, was to take place on 17November 2022.

The change in the timing of thepublication of the consolidated quarterly report for the three quartersof 2022, extended by the abbreviated separate statement, is due to theneed to have this report audited by an independent auditor, in theprocess related to the advance payment of the dividend for 2022. TheIssuer informed on the intention to pay an advance payment for thedividend for the year 2022 by way of current report no. 32/2022 dated 25August 2022.

The new publication date forthe consolidated quarterly report for the three quarters of 2022extended by the abbreviated separate statement and the independentauditor's report on the condensed separate statement of CIECH S.A. auditwas set for 30 November 2022._#160;
