The Management Board of the issuer VIGO Photonics S.A. with itsregistered office in Ożarów Mazowiecki (hereinafter referred to as the"Issuer") hereby announces that on June 17, 2025, it was informed thatthe Member of the Supervisory Board, Mr. Mirosław Grudzień, decided notto apply for election in the next term of the Supervisory Board. Thecurrent term of office of the Supervisory Board expires on the date ofthe Ordinary General Meeting convened for June 23, 2025.

The decision not to seek election for the next term of office of theSupervisory Board is dictated by personal reasons.

Legal basis: Art. 56 sec. 1 item 2a) of the Act of 29 July 2005 onpublic offering and conditions for introducing financial instruments toan organised trading system and on public companies and § 5 item 4) and§ 9 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 oncurrent and periodic information provided by issuers of securities andconditions for recognising as equivalent information required by thelaws of a non-member state.
